Find the level of connection that fits your rhythm.

Heart & Soul Beware offers two membership experiences. One is a free community space for thoughtful conversation. The other is a growing library of reflections, essays, and practices designed to encourage intentional living.

You may choose one, both, or simply explore.

H&SB Circle (Free)

The H&SB Circle is a free community built around reflection. Through The Circle Lounge, members explore monthly themes in a shared community setting while also receiving early access to select content, occasional giveaways, and member perks.

The Circle is not a social media group, coaching community, or discussion forum. It is a space for thoughtful participation, quiet exchange, and intentional engagement.

Members receive access to:

  • The Circle Lounge and monthly reflection themes

  • Early access to select books, stories, and collections

  • Occasional giveaways

  • Member perks and special offerings

Each experience may be explored independently while contributing to a broader culture of awareness, reflection, and connection.

H&SB Library ($5 One-Time Fee)

The H&SB Library is a digital library built around reflection, awareness, and intentional living. Through guided series, essays, practices, and themed collections, members engage with self-directed experiences designed to support intentional living at their own pace.

The Library is not a course, coaching program, or productivity system. It is a structured space for reflective reading, journaling, and intentional practice.

Members receive access to:

  • Guided reflection series

  • Digital essays and extended writings

  • Downloadable reflection practices

  • Ongoing thematic collections

  • Member-exclusive releases

Each work may be explored individually or as part of a broader conversation around awareness, discernment, identity, resilience, and intentional living.
