Can I personalize my order?
Yes. Many items in the Heart & Soul Beware Collection can be customized. Look for the personalization options on each product page.
What sizes do the clothing items come in?
Sizing charts are included on each product page. If you need help, feel free to contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items ship within 2–7 business days. Coffee and tea orders are roasted and packed fresh, which may take 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen method.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. For coffee and tea, all sales are final — but if your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Can I request a custom version of a product (e.g., different color, image, or style)?
Limited customization is available. If you’d like a different Heart & Soul Beware image applied to a product already in the shop — such as a t-shirt, journal, or hoodie — please submit a request through the Contact page.
We love when customers see possibilities we may have missed. If we can accommodate your design idea using an existing image on an available product style, we will do our best to make it happen. Who knows? Your request might even inspire a future item in the collection.

Do you accept returns on coffee or tea?
For safety reasons, coffee and tea cannot be returned. If your order is incorrect or damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
Can I cancel my coffee or tea order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as roasting and packing hasn’t started.
What if my package is lost or marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Email us at hello@heartandsoulbeware.com. We’ll review your order and work with you to find the best solution.

When will books be available?
Our first release, Beware: Hidden Truths, launched September 2025, with more titles to follow.
How are books shipped?
Books are shipped separately from coffee, tea, and apparel. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery time depends on the carrier.
Can I return a book?
All book sales are final. If your copy arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement.
Will signed copies be available?
Yes. Select book releases will include signed editions or special bundles. Members of the Heart & Soul Circle will hear about them first and receive early access. Watch for announcements in the Circle, the shop, and on social media.
