  • Heart & Soul Beware creates literature, reflection experiences, and thoughtfully designed products that encourage people to pause, notice, and engage with what they carry. Its approach is grounded in reflection without judgement rather than therapy, coaching, or prescriptive self-help.

Heart & Soul Beware Literature & Reflection Questions

  • No. Heart & Soul Beware is a literary and reflective platform centered on fiction, reflective writing, and structured reflection. It does not provide therapy, coaching, diagnosis, or prescriptive systems.

  • The literature explores emotional, relational, and ethical questions through fiction and reflective writing. Reflection Experiences extend those themes through questions and practices that invite readers to consider what the work brings forward in their own lives.

  • No. Most reflection resources are designed to stand on their own. When a resource is directly connected to a particular book or story, that connection will be clearly identified.

  • No. The reflection experiences are designed to support consideration rather than prescribe conclusions. They offer space to pause, notice, and engage with what arises without punishment or pressure to reach a particular answer.

Heart & Soul Beware Book Questions

  • Beware: Hidden Truths is currently available. Additional books are in development and will be announced through the Heart & Soul Beware website and the H&SB Circle.

  • Books are shipped separately from coffee, tea, apparel, and other merchandise. Processing usually takes two to five business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping carrier.

  • All book sales are final. If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact Heart & Soul Beware within seven days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

  • Select releases may include signed editions or special book bundles. Availability will be announced through the Heart & Soul Beware website, the H&SB Circle, and official social media channels.

Heart & Soul Beware Product Questions

  • Select products include personalization options. When personalization is available, the product page will display the available choices and any information required to complete the order.

  • Available sizes vary by product. Review the size chart and fit information provided on each product page before placing your order.

  • Most products are prepared for shipment within two to seven business days. Delivery time begins after the order ships and depends on the destination and carrier. Because products may be fulfilled by different partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

  • Many Heart & Soul Beware products are made to order or perishable. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selection, taste preferences, or a change of mind. Coffee and tea cannot be returned.

    If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@heartandsoulbeware.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when available. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund.

  • No. The Heart & Soul Beware Etsy shop has been permanently closed. Official products are sold through the Heart & Soul Beware website.

  • Limited customization requests may be considered when an existing Heart & Soul Beware design can be applied to an available product, color, or style. Submit the request through the Contact page before purchasing. Custom requests are reviewed individually and cannot always be accommodated.

Heart & Soul Beware Coffee & Tea Questions

  • Heart & Soul Beware coffee and tea are roasted, packed, and shipped fresh by our roasting partner. To protect that freshness, coffee and tea have their own shop and checkout.   • No. Coffee and tea ship directly from our roasting partner. Books and other merchandise ship separately. Each order has its own confirmation, shipping charge, and tracking information.

  • No. Coffee and tea are perishable products and cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@heartandsoulbeware.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when available.

  • No. Membership in the H&SB Circle is free.

  • Members may receive reflections, company updates, early access to selected writing and releases, behind-the-scenes material, occasional gifts, and other opportunities to remain connected with Heart & Soul Beware.

  • New H&SB Circle content is generally added monthly, with additional updates shared when new books, products, events, or reflection experiences become available.

  • Yes. The H&SB Library is a separate member space available through a one-time $5 membership purchase. It provides access to structured reflection resources, interactive practices, and other member-only materials. The H&SB Circle remains free.

  • Yes. You may unsubscribe from H&SB Circle emails using the link provided in an email. If you want assistance leaving the H&SB Circle or removing your member access, contact Heart & Soul Beware through the Contact page.

Heart & Soul Beware Library Questions

  • The H&SB Library is a private digital reflection space offering guided reflection series, interactive practices, wellness resources, downloadable materials, and other structured experiences.

  • The H&SB Circle is a free connection space offering reflections, updates, early access, and occasional gifts. The H&SB Library is a separate member-only space containing a growing collection of digital and interactive resources.

  • H&SB Library membership requires a one-time $5 purchase. It is not a recurring subscription.

  • Membership provides access to the H&SB Library and the resources identified as included with membership. Certain guided reflection series, premium collections, or digital products may require a separate purchase. Any additional cost will be displayed before checkout.

  • Sign in using the email address and password connected to your Heart & Soul Beware customer account. Once signed in, enter the H&SB Library through the Membership area of the website.

  • H&SB Library membership does not expire after a fixed period. Access continues while the H&SB Library remains available and your account remains active and in good standing.

  • The H&SB Library is an evolving collection. New reflections, interactive experiences, wellness resources, and other materials are added over time rather than on a guaranteed release schedule.

  • Yes. H&SB Library can be accessed through a supported web browser on a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Some interactive resources may be easier to complete on a larger screen.

  • No. Unless a resource specifically states otherwise, responses are stored locally in your browser rather than in your Heart & Soul Beware account. Clearing your browser data, changing devices, or using another browser may prevent access to previously saved responses.

  • No. For browser-local interactive resources, Heart & Soul Beware does not receive or review the personal responses you enter.

  • Some resources include an option to download, print, or save a personal copy. Availability depends on the individual resource and will be identified on its page.

  • H&SB Library materials are provided for the personal use of the member who purchased access. Member-only content may not be copied, distributed, resold, or publicly posted. Others may be invited to purchase their own access.

  • Heart & Soul Beware Reflection Experiences use guided questions, prompts, and interactive practices to help participants pause, notice, and consider what they carry. They are invitations to reflect, not tests with correct answers.

  • Some reflection experiences are publicly available without a membership. Others are exclusive to members of the H&SB Library. Access requirements will be identified on each experience.

  • No. You may skip a question, pause an activity, or stop whenever you choose. The experiences are designed to support reflection without pressure or judgement.

  • Not always. Some experiences can be completed gradually or revisited later. Saving and return options vary, so review the instructions provided with each experience.

  • You may pause or leave the experience at any time. Heart & Soul Beware reflection experiences are not therapy, medical care, or crisis support. If an experience raises concerns that require professional assistance, consider contacting an appropriate qualified professional or support resource.
