- No. Heart & Soul Beware is a literary platform centered on fiction, reflective writing, and structured reflection. It does not provide therapy, coaching, or prescriptive systems.
- Heart & Soul Beware Library (H&SB Library) is a digital reflection library offering guided reflection series and structured practices that extend the themes explored in our books.
- Our books explore emotional and ethical themes through fiction and reflective essays. H&SB Library extends those themes through guided reflection practices designed for sustained engagement.
- Yes. Heart & Soul Beware Circle (H&SB Circle or The Circle) provides a space for ongoing dialogue, early access to writing, and community engagement centered on narrative and reflection.

- Our first release, Beware: Hidden Truths, launched September 2025, with more titles to follow.
- Books are shipped separately from coffee, tea, and apparel. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery time depends on the carrier.
- All book sales are final. If your copy arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement.
- Yes. Select book releases will include signed editions or special bundles. Members of the Heart & Soul Beware Circle will hear about them first and receive early access. Watch for announcements in H&SB Circle, Shop, and on social media.

- Yes. Many items in the Heart & Soul Beware Collection can be customized. Look for the personalization options on each product page.
- Sizing charts are included on each product page. If you need help, feel free to contact us.
- Most items ship within 2–7 business days. Coffee and tea orders are roasted and packed fresh, which may take 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen method.
- Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. For coffee and tea, all sales are final. But if your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
- No. Our Etsy shop has been permanently closed. All official sales occur exclusively through our website.Item description

- For safety reasons, coffee and tea cannot be returned. If your order is incorrect or damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as roasting and packing has not started.

- Limited customization is available. If you would like a different Heart & Soul Beware image applied to a product already in the shop — such as a t-shirt, journal, or hoodie — please submit a request through the Contact page.
  We love when customers see possibilities we may have missed. If we can accommodate your design idea using an existing image on an available product style, we will do our best to make it happen. Who knows? Your request might even inspire a future item in the collection.
