At Heart & Soul Beware, every bag of coffee and tea is roasted, blended, and packed with freshness in mind. This page explains how we process, ship, and support your orders.
📦Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Coffee and tea are roasted and packed fresh to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipping.
Shipping Time
U.S. delivery: 1–5 business days after processing, depending on carrier and destination.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Carriers
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the delivery location.
💳 Refund & Return Policy
Because many items are custom-made or perishable, all sales are final except in the limited circumstances below.
We will replace or refund an item if:
It arrives defective or damaged.
You receive the wrong item.
To request a replacement or refund:
Email hello@heartandsoulbeware.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved claims will be resolved with either a replacement or refund at our discretion. In most cases, returns are not required for damaged or incorrect items.
Shipping delays, carrier issues beyond our control, minor print variations, sizing dissatisfaction, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for refunds.
⏳ Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if processing has not started. Once roasting and packing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Processing and delivery times may vary slightly.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Ingredient lists are provided for all blends; customers are responsible for reviewing them to avoid allergens.
All sales are final, with exceptions noted in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information to outside parties.
We share your information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with payment processors, our fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers to complete your order, and with third-party service providers who help operate our website and support functions. We only share personal information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
