📦Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time
U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days after production.
International: Times vary depending on customs and local carriers.
Carriers
We may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local couriers.
Coffee & Tea Orders
Coffee and tea are roasted and packed fresh and may ship on a slightly different timeline. Please see our Coffee & Tea Customer Care page for details.
💳 Refund & Return Policy
Because many items are custom-made or perishable, all sales are final except in the limited circumstances below.
We will replace or refund an item if:
It arrives defective or damaged.
You receive the wrong item.
To request a replacement or refund:
Email hello@heartandsoulbeware.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved claims will be resolved with either a replacement or refund at our discretion. In most cases, returns are not required for damaged or incorrect items.
Shipping delays, carrier issues beyond our control, minor print variations, sizing dissatisfaction, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for refunds.
⏳ Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if processing hasn’t started. After that, cancellations are no longer possible.
